I want to be crystal clear; we the artisanal fishing sector in Chile and Latin America contribute to food security with a direct economic, cultural and environmental link to the communities. Harmful subsidies of large industrial fleets go in the opposite direction, so we must stop them now, through a strong agreement in the WTO.
